shipping / refund info

SHIPPING:

• please allow up to a week for me to process your order! 
• shipping time varies depending on where you are located, however the average wait in the U.S. is 3-5 days. International orders can take a month or longer. 
• t-shirts may take 2-3 weeks before shipped.
• after a package is sent to the post office it is out of my control, i am not responsible for any lost or damaged packages

REFUNDING:

• I accept order cancellations as long as order hasn't already shipped
• Refunds are offered if a piece breaks and I am not able to fix it, however trying to fix it will always be my first choice. 
• please understand all original art is handmade before placing order! some pieces may have imperfections such as bubbles. 
• if a product breaks on/after arrival, please send me an email at flosplaneta@gmail.com with details and photos regarding the break!
